Yvonne is heading the corporate services team with R&H Trust & Corporate (operating as The R & H Trust Co. Ltd.) and specialises in the provision of corporate services including incorporations, registered office services, aircraft, yacht and shipping registration to a range of corporate and private clients as well as serving as a director on client companies.

With over 18 years of experience, Yvonne Plamondon brings a strong background in fiduciary and financial advisory services, particularly in complex and distressed structures. Prior to joining R&H Trust & Corporate in 2025, she held a senior leadership role at a multinational consultancy in the Cayman Islands, acting as a fiduciary for a wide range of entities.

Her earlier career includes more than 12 years in the Financial Advisory team of a Big 4 firm in the UK and Cayman Islands, advising multinational corporations, investment funds, and cross-border structures on strategic restructuring and operational challenges. In her role, Yvonne also monitors Cayman Islands legislative and regulatory developments to ensure clients receive timely, informed guidance.

Yvonne is a Chartered Accountant and qualified insolvency practitioner. She previously sat on the board of directors the Cayman Islands’ chapter of International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (“IWRIC”) and she is a regular speaker on webinars and live panel sessions. She is a member of 100 Women in Finance.
