Vasil is Director, Corporate Services at R&H Trust & Corporate (operating as The R&H Trust Co. Ltd.), where he pecializes in providing a full range of corporate services, including incorporations, registered office facilities, aircraft, yacht, and shipping registrations. He also serves as a director on client companies, supporting both corporate and private clients.

With more than a decade of experience in legal entity management, corporate compliance, and subsidiary governance, Vasil brings deep expertise to his role. Prior to joining R&H Trust & Corporate in 2025, he held a senior leadership position at a multinational accountancy firm in London, overseeing governance for a wide range of entities.

At R&H, Vasil is responsible for leading the corporate services team in delivering efficient, client-focused solutions. He works with clients to implement robust governance structures, manage multi-jurisdictional corporate portfolios, and ensure compliance with evolving international regulatory standards. His hands-on approach and depth of expertise make him a trusted adviser to businesses and private clients alike.
