Lauretta is an Associate Director of R&H Trust & Corporate (operating as The R&H Trust Co. Ltd.) and specialises in private client services including the administration of international trust structures, private trust companies, and purpose trusts for ultra-high net worth client individuals. The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. is a licenced trust company owned and operated by Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands.

Lauretta joined the firm in December 2018 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2022. She is an experienced Trust professional having previously worked as Trust Manager for a Private Bank and Trust Company in the Cayman Islands. She primarily works with complex structures and special purpose companies.

She holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. Lauretta, is a member of STEP and the Cayman Islands Bankers Association Membership Committee. She is a Notary Public for the Cayman Islands.
