About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for hardware and software queries,
Installation, management of hardware and of the helpdesk application which including, but not limited to the following:
o Answering and addressing helpdesk requests in accordance with the firm’s policies
o Creating and Managing the knowledge base of support queries
o Documenting all software information
The successful applicant will be required to work with various departments within the firm and must therefore be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal, be able to use their own initiative, be willing to work overtime when required and is expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. The successful applicant must be willing and able to fulfill other IT related tasks when necessary. The firm is seeking a young and ambitious graduate who is eager and willing to work hard, and the firm offers appropriate mentoring and training.
• US$45,000 to US$75,000 per annum, commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant. A full package of benefits is also offered including pension, health and life insurance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Must possess a Computer Science university degree and at least 2 years relevant working experience in a related field.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and the following would be an advantage.
Experience with SharePoint 2013/16/19
Knowledge of Microsoft SSRS
Basic networking knowledge
