At this time, we are inviting applications for the following full-time position.

SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR – Corporate Restructuring and Recovery

R&H Restructuring is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including voluntary, provisional and official liquidation appointments, receivership appointments and complex cross-border engagements.
R&H Restructuring specializes in contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, offering you the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases that make a real impact.

What You Will Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Lead the preparation of formal appointment documents and reports to courts, creditors, and investors;
• Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance;
• Oversee the daily administration of client portfolios, driving progress on voluntary and official liquidations;
• Analyze financial statements and products, providing insights for strategic decision-making;
• Support litigation preparation and manage investigations into financial misconduct and allegations of wrongdoing.

With many cases involving multi-jurisdictional complexities, you’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge insolvency and restructuring strategies.

Requirements

We want someone who:

 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Holds an internationally recognised professional designation (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) or has at least 3 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring, plus a university degree.

  • Has knowledge or experience with Cayman Islands corporate recovery and liquidation procedures (preferred).

 

Skills expected of candidates:

  • Strong communicator, self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Is highly organized, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile when needed.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Familiarity with the structural, regulatory and multi-jurisdictional environments of investments vehicles is essential.
