Our trust services are provided through R&H Trust & Corporate (The R&H Trust Co. Ltd.) which is a licensed trust company under the local Banks and Trust Companies Act. Those trust services include a full range of services to private trust companies.
Harbour (The Harbour Trust Co. Ltd.) specialise in the provision of directorship and fund governance services, and holds an Unrestricted Trust Company Licence and a Mutual Fund Administrators Licence under the respective local Banks and Trust Companies Act and Mutual Funds Act of the Cayman Islands.
R&H Restructuring is a multidisciplinary team of restructuring professionals with offices in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands, offering a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency experience and specialist skills in distressed situations. In addition to the Rawlinson & Hunter affiliation, their ongoing strategic international partnerships provides them with immediate access to resources for effectively servicing clients anywhere in the world.
Fund administration services to private wealth funds, private equity and real estate structures are provided through R&H Private Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd., which is a licensed mutual fund administrator under the Mutual Funds Act of the Cayman Islands and is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
